I just wanted to take a moment to show how much I appreciate the knowledge and expertise of you staff. Detail oriented people with good customer service skills like Chris and Fitz make a difference by setting the standards in today’s constantly evolving and competitive business environment.

An excellent job was performed on my Saturn not once but twice this Winter 2002/2003. One vehicular mishap, then another caused me to seek a high quality body shop that suited my particular needs – close to my home with a quality “loaner” car. From the moment I first arrived at Apollo, I knew my needs would not only be met but much to my surprise exceeded as well.

January 7th at approximately 3:00 pm, I was involved in car accident that led me to take my 1992 Jeep Cherokee in to be reconstructed.

On January 7th, after a collision in which the front bumper of my car was damaged and the car could not be driven. Without collision coverage was uncertain that I would be able to afford the repairs. I called Apollo and consulted with the manager who made the process as pleasant as possible. Because we were faithful clientele he reduced the charges to $1, 500. While gathering the money to pay for the expenses, we received extended time to utilize the rental car, which allowed me to travel to work.

I am very pleased with the customer service that I received during this financially difficult and distressing time. Enclosed is a copy of this letter that I would like to be placed in your file. You are an understanding and patient employee and your kindness was not overlooked.

We just wanted to say thanks for a great job that your employees did on repairing a dent on our car! When we picked up our car it looked like it was washed and waxed and the inside had been cleaned very thoroughly. We have never had such good service from a company and wanted you to know how much we appreciated it.

We also had our truck fixed at your company several months ago and were pleased with the work then and that is why we came back. The employees are very friendly and courteous! We have told our friends about the service we received.
